Following conditions should be met while claiming warranty on your products
1. ITTI is not responsible for any kind of data loss during repair of the product. Customer must backup all the data before leaving it for repair.
2. No warranty of screen (including any cable/accessories attached with screen) or touch in all the touch laptops and touch AIO PC.
3. No warranty of battery backup. Warranty in battery is valid only if it is dead (less that 10 minutes backup).
4. No warranty of DOTS in the screen.
5. No warranty if the product is damaged due to improper/erratic electric supply (Laptop/Adapter)
6. No warranty if serial number or the warranty seal is removed/defaced and product is serviced or repaired at other place.
7. No warranty of any kind of physical damage/liquid spillage
8. In case of hardware failure it will normally take approximately 3-5 weeks to get the parts replaced.
9. No warranty of any kind of software.
10. Buyer must bring the warranty card to claim warranty service. Without Warranty card warranty will not be covered in any circumstance.
